Phase 1: Consultation & Needs Analysis
Let's Talk About Your Needs
The entire custom process starts with an initial consultation about what you need. At this point, I'll talk about your offer, existing infrastructure, current list, and what you want to accomplish. This is purely an information gathering session. While I may not discuss pricing on the initial consult, custom builds start at $3,500.
Phase 2: Presenting & Confirming "The Plan"
Let's Draw Up A Plan
Once I have an idea of what your business needs, I will spend some time drawing up a plan and estimating what it will take to make your vision a reality. After I have a plan I'll call a second meeting to discuss it and get your approval to move forward.
Phase 3: The Build
Let's Execute The Plan
Once I have your approval, the build phase begins. I'll work to customize your Lead Vortex account to the specs that I talked about. While the time spent in this phase varies by build, I'll be sure to be in constant communication the whole time.
Phase 4: Initial Review
Did I Deliver?
Once the build is complete, I'll call a third meeting to show you what I've built and give you an idea of how it all works. At this phase, I will give you the option to approve or request a revision.
Phase 5: Client Revisions
I Can Always Adjust...
If the build requires revision, I can accommodate you MOST of the time. Our build terms allow for 2 revisions.
Phase 6: Delivery & Handoff
Let's Give You The Keys...
When you're happy with it, it's time to hand you the keys to your new kingdom. At this point, I'll sit with you for a longer meeting and explain in detail what you need to do to get the most out of it. I'll show you all of the back end automation and show you where to send traffic to get optimal results.
Phase 7: Ongoing Support Options
It Doesn't End With Delivery...
At this point, you'll be ready to rock! However, I know that you may want ongoing services or education from me. During delivery, I will discuss ongoing option whether that be in a consulting, agency, or coaching capacity.
